Andrew seeing his need to get baptized in Jesus name, obeyed God's Word and was baptized Sunday night on July 30, 2017. Praise God!
Through a Bible Study from one of our sisters, Beth saw the need to get baptized. She obeyed God's Word and chose to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ.
Lori saw the need for baptism in Jesus Name and asked to be baptized as soon as possible. We baptized her in the precious name of Jesus on a Monday night, July 3, 2017. As many church members that could attend, attended.
What an awesome, awesome week. The Holy Ghost moved mightily the very first service. Children's Church was power packed with many of the children seeking for the infilling of the Holy Ghost
Robin saw her need to get baptized in Jesus Name. Praise God.
Bro. Greg Bellew preached for us for two weeks. The Holy Ghost moved in a powerful way. Many visitors were brought to hear the Word of God preached. Due to this wonderful revival, we have two ladies that have been given the revelation of one God and baptism in Jesus Name. Stay tuned for updated pictures of the aftermath of this wonderful revival.
On Sunday morning, May 14th, all the ladies received wonderful roses of all different colors. Our names were put in a drawing and Sis. Julie Ann was our winner and received this wonderful shopping bag. Congratulations Sis. Julie Ann.
What an absolute wonderful time we had. We visited numerous Thrift Stores. Our first stop was at the "American Cancer Society". Then on to "That Baby Store". The final leg of our journey was to "The Kat Walk". Our ladies found numerous items to purchase and enjoyed the shopping camaraderie that only women can enjoy. We finished off the day going to lunch at the Olive Garden in Redding. Thank you Sis. Green and Sis. Nevarez for organizing this event for our ladies.
Thanks to all who came to our Spaghetti Dinner. The food was delicious and we had a wonderful time in fellowship with the saints and our visitors.
After having numerous Bible Studies, Brittany saw the need for Baptism in Jesus Name and the infilling of the Holy Ghost. God miraculously filled Brittany with the Holy Ghost after she was baptized.
What a wonderful time the youth had. We had many donations of baked goods. The youth spent many hours decorating the baked goods to sell. All monies are being raised so that our youth can go to PCC and WCC.
Bro. Steve saw the need for baptism in Jesus name and saw his need for the infilling of the Holy Ghost. Praise God! Bro. Steve came out of the water speaking in tongues. The joy on his face is priceless.
Many hands make like work. I want to thank Jennifer Womack, Emily and Mandy Peterson for helping with our work load. We even had a gentleman there, who would prefer to remain anonymous, but his initials are MP!
We were blessed to hear anointed preaching by Bro. Trevino. The word of God was timely and the Holy Ghost new exactly what we needed.
Hosted by Bro. Raul and Sis. Sarah, the Senior youth had a wonderful time. The first game they played was "Stacking the books of the Bible in order." GIRLS WON!! The second game they played was with marshmallows "Get as many marshmallows on your plate in 90 seconds." Again GIRLS WON!!! Thank you Bro. Raul and Sis. Sarah for taking time out of your busy schedules to host a fun evening for the Senior Youth.
What a fantastic time we had. Congratulations to the two ladies who head this up every year. Sis. Sarah Davis and Sis. Debbie Ann. I truly do believe this was the best one yet. Church on the Rock is looking forward to what these ladies have in store for us at our 4th annual Valentine's Banquet in 2018!
What a good time we had. We had 5 different chili's that were entered into the contest. Samples were handed out and voters sheets were given. Church people were asked to vote for their favorite one in each category. Sis Debbie Ann tallied up all of the votes and the winner went to Sis. Loretta Hunt for her fantastic tri-tip chili. Thank you ladies for cooking up such wonderful food for us to enjoy.
Rejoice! Joy has come! Was the title to our Christmas Program for 2016. The cast did an excellent job and the Sunday School children, what fantastic voices they all have and what a great job they did, also. Thank you Sis. Sandy, again, for another year directing for our annual Christmas Program.
What wonderful fellowship. We ate till our hearts content with home made soups and a delicious salad bar, along with the absolute best dessert table. Below are pictures of our dinner, plus the most exciting game of Charades we have had in a long time. Go Church on the Rock. You are such wonderful people and great sports.
We had a wonderful time and such a fantastic turn out. Our Fellowship Hall was over crowded and our guys had to bring in more tables. Thanks to all of you who brought food and guests.
